Rental Overview To secure your reservation, all rental fees and the cleaning deposit must be paid 48 hours prior to your event. The cleaning deposit is required for every rental. If the venue is left clean and in good condition, the deposit will be refunded. If you need access the day before your event for setup, please note that this counts as an additional rental day.
Theatre Rentals
Deposit: $275
Rental Fee: $350
Gallery Rentals
Deposit: $175
Rental Fee: $150
A deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance, including both the deposit, rental cost and all other fees, must be paid in full 48 hours before the event. Kitchen & Prep Spaces
Full Gallery Kitchen: $400
Requires training in advance of your event
Includes full kitchen access
Renter provides their own cookware, utensils, and supplies
Gallery Prep Area: $100
Includes refrigerator, warmer, and prep table
A deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance, including both the deposit and rental fee, must be paid in full 48 hours before the event. Marquee Rentals: Marquee reservations include three days: the day before, the day of your event, and the day after.
Two Lines: $35 per side
Three Lines: $45 per side
Additional Day: $25 (if both sides are rented), unless no other rental follows your event
