We are pleased to rent our historic facilities for receptions, meetings, special occasions, parties, or many other events you would like to host.  Please review the rental contract for more details on charges. Rental at a Glance
All fees, including the cleaning deposit and rental fees, should be paid in full 48 hours before rental. Even if you plan to clean the venue, the cleaning fee must be paid. If the venue is left clean, the cleaning deposit will be returned. 
Theatre Rental - $350
Gallery Rental - $150
  •  kitchen use is an additional charge 
  • If you need to set up the day prior, then you will need the venue for two days of rental
Full use of Gallery Kitchen Rental - $400 (renter needs to provide pots, pans, and utensils)
Gallery prep area-$100 (includes refrigerator, warmer, and prep tables only)
Marquee rental includes the day before, the day needed, and the day after.
  • Marquee Use - $35 per side - two lines 
  • Marquee Use- $45 per side- three lines 
Extra Day, if both sides are rented, is $25 unless no rentals are scheduled after the rental is scheduled to end.
